At Pride Plumbing, we have rolling warehouses! Rather than buying a small, traditional truck, we have very large vehicles so we can strategically fit all of the parts we need. We are mindful about your time, and we definitely do not want to inconvenience you! This is where our trucks come in handy. Your professional plumber doesn’t have to worry about running back and forth to our warehouse to grab the parts and tools he will need to complete the job, he will have them with him! In the very small chance that we don’t have everything we need, we will have the part delivered right to your house. This way, there will be no interruptions to your job.
If we don’t finish the job the day it’s scheduled, you’ll receive $50 off the final price. One important thing to be aware of is that this applies to single day jobs. Some of the calls we get are for jobs that take a couple days to complete, which we are always happy to help with too! However, if that happens to be the case for you, we want to let you know that this $50 guarantee does not apply. We have other coupons online here! Once we arrive at your house, your licensed professional plumber will discuss the time frame of the job with you. We will never keep you in the dark. We are always honest, upfront and communicate all prices and tasks required before we complete any job! On Time Service
We pride ourselves on being on time. Punctuality is very important to us! We know it’s important to you as well. As we’ve mentioned before, we don’t want to waste your time. When you speak with our incredible customer care representatives, they will schedule your job within a 3-hour window, but you won’t have to wait around at home for us. Your service technician will give you a call approximately 30 minutes before he arrives. Do you want to know some information about your technician in advance? You can give our customer care representative your email and we will send you a picture of the technician with his bio!

That’s why at Pride Plumbing Services Inc. we have a guarantee to help you with your plumbing emergency. We offer emergency same day service Monday-Saturday. If there’s any reason we can’t provide you with emergency service, we will give you a $25 gift card to a local establishment of your choice. This is our way to say thank you for considering us, and we hope that you will call us for your next emergency or any plumbing needs that might arise.
